Concretising psychological safety

Supercell is a Finnish mobile game development company with 400+ employees. Employee wellbeing, strong team dynamics and psychological safety are all extremely important topics for the company. Supercell is known for it’s humane and high performing culture. The ability to innovate and stay on top of the game continuously sets high demands also for leading team dynamics.

To learn more from each other and investigate the possibilities of next generation behavioural analytics, Supercell was one of our first partners trialling Ayda with their People Team. Ayda joined the team’s Slack environment and analysed collaboration patterns over several weeks. We went through the results together with the whole team.

Many companies are extending their talent reach with remote recruitment and location-free work possibilities. The talent market has also changed after the pandemic and people want more flexibility in terms of where they live and work. We’re continuing to explore the different possibilities of using Ayda Performance to support the formation and dynamics of remote first teams.
