What tools does Ayda integrate with?
Ayda currently works with Slack and in Microsoft Teams meetings.
We're launching a platform independent Ayda Live iOS beta app for analysing hybrid and co-located meetings—especially for boards and executive teams—in Spring 2024. Ayda Live enables completely local on-device analytics with seamless security for quicker testing and onboarding.
Which languages does Ayda support?
Ayda supports most languages with the Latin alphabet, and gives insights in English.
How can I install Ayda?
Ayda is super easy to use! Ayda is added as an app to Microsoft Teams or Slack, which takes a couple of minutes
MS Teams
During the installation, you can choose which recurring or individual meetings you want to add Ayda to, and there are no further actions required. Ayda will automatically update the dashboard after each meeting, and everyone who attended the meeting can view the stats immediately after the meeting.
Slack
It takes a couple of minutes to add Ayda to your Slack workspace, and from there to each of the channels you’d like it to analyse. When added, Ayda always introduces itself and asks for individual’s consent for each channel. Ayda gives its first insights after about 2–4 weeks and can also aggregate different channel’s data if needed
What does Ayda measure?
MS Teams
Ayda focuses on 4 metrics that indicate meetings' efficiency, trust & safety, inclusion, and engagement. It gives scores in each area along with suggestions for improvement.
Slack
Ayda analyses several different behavioural markers that research shows impact team dynamics and psychological safety. Similarly, Ayda does network graphs on collaboration and information flow. This is helpful to show who collaborates the most, and whether there are bottlenecks that should be addressed.

How do you store data?
Meeting transcript and audio data is always encrypted in transit, deleted immediately after processing, and never stored anywhere.
Is it possible to delete or remove data?
Yes. Adalyon never stores original meeting content data. All company and other customer associations to generic behavioural data of individual meetings can be removed at any point. Upon deletion, association to anonymised and generic marker data is permanently and irreversibly removed from our database. Any customer data, such as customer name, billing, or other data can also be removed irreversibly upon request.
What kind of data Ayda has access to?
Ayda automatically processes the transcript of the meeting, extracting only generic behavioural markers and discards the original transcript immediately upon processing. Ayda never extracts or stores original content of the meeting (i.e., conversation data, names, or what each participant has said). Ayda also uses anonymous meeting metadata (e.g., meeting duration, number of participants) and hashed user IDs (which cannot be coded back to the original UUID) to anonymously distinguish participants.
How does Ayda protect the data?
Meeting transcript and audio data is always encrypted in transit and is deleted immediately after processing and never stored anywhere. This means, that no original customer data from communication is stored. We only store fully processed, anonymised, and generic behavioural marker and collaboration data as well as general customer data (such as customer name, contact information, and descriptive data such as industry, company size, etc.). Our servers and databases are hosted in private Virtual Network (VNet) with Microsoft Azure Cloud. Azure follows top IT security standards, including SOC 2 Type II, SOC 3, PCI-DSS certification, and ISO 27001, which means that the data is safe and the facilities that its kept in are monitored 24/7.
